Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During new arrivals, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take an extra day or two.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across the United States.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If you notice an error, email us immediately at weargoldmar@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee address changes once an order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Goldmar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
If this happens, please:

  • Check with your local post office
  • File a claim with USPS or the relevant carrier
  • Contact us and we’ll do our best to assist
