Return Policy
At Goldmar, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, you can return it within 5 days of delivery for store credit.
Please read our policy below before sending your item back:
Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
All eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.
No Exchanges
Due to limited quantities and frequent inventory updates, we cannot offer direct exchanges at this time.
Instead, once your return is processed and you receive your store credit, you’re welcome to place a new order for the correct size or different item.
How to Return

Make sure your item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Email us at weargoldmar@gmail.com to start your return.

Ship your item back to the address we provide (customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email.
